Lou Mathews and Michael are back to back gettin' down with some hot licks.  Above right: Lou Mathews on the left (nice paint job on the Fender P-bass) and Michael on the right with the Straight Chaser 5 piece band.  The photo of Jack and Sandy (above) was at the same gig.  These were taken in the mid-70's.  Michael is playing a Gibson L6-S guitar.  That model is the same one Carlos Santana was playing during this same time period.  It had specially designed Bill Lawrence pick-ups ... real hot!  Michael literally wore out this guitar.
